William Chouffot, born in January 1956, is a British artist whose journey began with a childhood fascination for deconstructing objects, reflecting an innate curiosity. 

Encouraged by his dressmaker mother, he developed interests in photography, painting, and drawing. Leaving school at 15 without qualifications, William's talent secured him a place in an Art & Design course, leading to a 40-year career in advertising and marketing. He adeptly transitioned from analogue to digital, mastering tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. In retirement, William returned to his artistic roots, exploring various mediums including painting, photography, and printmaking. 

His work is inspired by local surroundings, science, philosophy, and culture, serving as a refuge from political chaos. Embracing experimentation, he draws inspiration from fleeting moments in nature and cosmic insights. For William, success lies in daily creation and continuous exploration.
